1. Chúng tôi là ai

Book Me là ứng dụng đặt lịch cá nhân do Ngọc Nguyễn Minh (ngoc.nm@erx.vn) vận hành. Dịch vụ được host tại https://book-me.erx.vn.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập từ tài khoản Google của bạn

Hồ sơ (tên, email, ảnh đại diện) — để định danh bạn trong ứng dụng và gán nhãn cho sự kiện trên lịch.
Google Calendar (sự kiện + bận/rảnh) — để đọc lịch trống nhằm ẩn các khung giờ bận trên trang đặt lịch, và để tạo / cập nhật / huỷ sự kiện khi có booking được xác nhận.

Chúng tôi chỉ yêu cầu các scope nói trên. Chúng tôi không đọc hộp thư, danh bạ, Drive hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào khác.

3. Cách dữ liệu được sử dụng

Sự kiện được tạo trên lịch chính (primary) của bạn với khách đặt lịch là attendee.
Khoảng bận/rảnh được truy vấn ngay khi khách mở trang đặt lịch, và bị huỷ ngay sau khi hiển thị xong.
Tên, email và ảnh đại diện của bạn được hiển thị cho khách trên trang đặt lịch công khai.

4. Dữ liệu chúng tôi lưu

Máy chủ của chúng tôi (Railway, khu vực EU/US) lưu:

Email + tên hiển thị + URL ảnh đại diện của bạn.
OAuth refresh token để tạo sự kiện thay bạn khi có khách đặt.
Bản ghi booking (tên khách, email, thời gian, ghi chú tuỳ chọn) cho các sự kiện bạn chấp nhận.
Định nghĩa và phản hồi của các group-poll bạn tạo.

Refresh token và các dòng dữ liệu được giữ cho đến khi bạn ngắt kết nối tài khoản từ dashboard. Khi đó chúng tôi xoá khỏi database và gọi endpoint thu hồi token của Google.

5. Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG lưu

Chúng tôi không lưu nội dung đầy đủ các sự kiện calendar nằm ngoài những sự kiện do app tạo. Chúng tôi không bán, chia sẻ, hay sử dụng dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo.

6. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn với:

Google APIs (Calendar) — để tạo sự kiện và gửi lời mời.
Railway, Inc. — nhà cung cấp hosting, nơi máy chủ và database của chúng tôi chạy.

Không bên thứ ba nào khác nhận dữ liệu của bạn.

7. Quyền kiểm soát của bạn

Ngắt kết nối: dashboard → "Đăng xuất" → chúng tôi xoá refresh token + thu hồi tại Google.
Thu hồi quyền tại Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → tìm Book Me → Remove.
Xoá tài khoản: gửi email tới ngoc.nm@erx.vn từ địa chỉ gắn với tài khoản; chúng tôi xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu trong vòng 7 ngày.

8. Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng của Google API Services

Việc Book Me sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API tới bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.

9. Bảo mật

Tất cả lưu lượng được mã hoá TLS. Refresh token được lưu trong Postgres riêng tư không tiếp xúc với mạng công cộng. Chúng tôi không có quyền truy cập mật khẩu Google của bạn.

10. Thay đổi

Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trên trang này kèm cập nhật ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối".

1. Who we are

Book Me is a personal booking application operated by Ngoc Nguyen Minh (ngoc.nm@erx.vn). The service is hosted at https://book-me.erx.vn.

2. Data we access from your Google account

Profile (name, email, picture) — to identify you in the app and label calendar events.
Google Calendar (events + free/busy) — to read your availability so the booking page can hide busy time slots, and to create / update / delete calendar events that result from confirmed bookings.

We request only these scopes. We do not read your inbox, contacts, drive, or any other data.

3. How your data is used

Calendar events are created on your primary calendar with the booked guest as an attendee.
Your free/busy windows are queried at the moment a guest opens the booking page and discarded after the response is rendered.
Your name, email and profile picture are shown to guests visiting your public booking page.

4. Data we store

Our server (Railway, EU/US region) stores:

Your email + display name + profile picture URL.
An OAuth refresh token so we can create events on your behalf when a guest books.
Booking records (guest name, email, time, optional note) for the events you accept.
Group-poll definitions and responses you create.

Refresh tokens and database rows are kept until you disconnect the account from the dashboard, at which point we delete both from our database and call Google's token-revocation endpoint.

5. Data we do not store

We never store the full content of your calendar events outside the ones our app created. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

6. Data sharing

We share your data only with:

Google APIs (Calendar) — to create events and send invites.
Railway, Inc. — our hosting provider, where our server and database run.

No other third party receives your data.

7. Your controls

Disconnect: dashboard → "Sign out" → we delete refresh token + revoke at Google.
Revoke access at Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find Book Me → Remove.
Delete account: email ngoc.nm@erx.vn from the address tied to the account; we delete all stored data within 7 days.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Book Me's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Security

All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Refresh tokens are stored in a private Postgres database not exposed to the public network. We do not have access to your Google password.
